You may remember the golden rule of Steve Jobs that a phone should be as big as to where your thumb reaches in all directions when holding the phone in one hand. Well, times have changed and now even apple started following the trend of having a big phone. Google on the other hand, has released one of the biggest phones out there on the market. The rivalry goes on, and today we will check the differences between these phones in the battle of Nexus 6 vs iPhone 6+.
Apple released two models of their new phone – iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+. Even though the 6+ is the bigger variant of the iPhone 6, it still isn’t as big as the Google Nexus 6 – and the Nexus doesn’t even present itself as a plus size! The iPhone 6 has a screen size of 5.5”, while the Nexus 6 – 6”!
Nexus 6 has a back camera of 13-megapixel, compared to the one on the iPhone of 8-megapixel. Both phones have overlooked the “importance” of selfies, placing somewhat weak front cameras i.e 2-megapixel for the Nexus and 1.2-megapixel for the iPhone.
The Nexus 6 uses a 3220 mAh battery, topping iPhones’s battery of 2915 mAh.
The Google Nexus 6 also beats the iPhone 6 in terms of the processor, having a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 Quad-core, compared to iPhone’s Dual-core Apple 8 processor. The battle that Nexus uses is the internal memory, having 64GB, while the iPhone 6 has 128GM. However, the Nexus has more ram memory, i.e. 3 GB compared to iPhone’s 1GB.
If you take a look at the specifications, then the clear winner here is the Google Nexus 6. However, the iPhone has its own positive sides. The performances it has are great, except if you plan to do something huge that I have no idea what it is on your phone. Still, it depends on your taste. If you are an Apple fan, then it is clear that you are going to go for the iPhone 6. Yet if you are willing to try something new, big and powerful, try the Google Nexus 6.
