The Sony Xperia Z series is their most exclusive one and now they have added not one, but two new Z phones. Joining the series are the Z5 and the Z5 Premium. We will take a look at the Z5 model, which is named the official James Bond phone for the new movie “Spectre”.
Sony has stuck the design of their Z phones, implementing some changes. The back of the phone is still glass, yet it has a frosted finish. The power button is now flat and functions as a fingerprint scanner. The Sony Xperia is a bit thicker and heavier than the Z3, yet the difference is not noticeable.
What I really like about Sony phones is the vividness of their displays and the Z5 one again has a great screen. The screen size is 5.2” with a pixel density of 428 PPI.
The back camera of the phone is an amazing 23-megapixel camera. According to Sony, this is the camera with the best image sensor.
The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and has 3GB or RAM.
And of course, as for all devices from the Z series, the Sony Xperia Z5 is waterproof.

The Sony Xperia Z5 phone is a classy phone, continuing the tradition of the Z series. Of course, there are some minor problems regarding performance, yet again, the new Z5 doesn’t have the overheating problem that was so discussed for the Z3. With a price of around $800, think twice before buying it. It is undoubtedly a great phone, if you can afford a phone from this price range.
