This month, in fact like every other previous month, Google has quickly released their security update. This month, Google is starting to roll out updates for many of their devices and different versions of Android. The fact that they are starting with the procedure on the first day of the month means that if you are Nexus user you will get your hands on the security patch in a while if you still haven’t.
Nexus released factory images of the security update. The Android Marshmallow is at the disposal of the users of Nexus 5, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6, Nexus 6P and Nexus 7 with the MMB29Q build. The Nexus 9 will get the MMB29R, the Nexus Player will get the MMB29U and Pixel C will get the MXB48T.
The Nexus 10, working on Android Lollipop 5.1.1 will get the LMY49G build.
With this update, Google will finally let Nexus users get rid of five bugs, fours of which are ranked as severe, and one ranked moderate.
